The dental office pays the employee either at the end of the work day or during their regularly scheduled payroll. Some offices prefer DDS to pay the temporary as their employee, in which case we pay every Friday. Q. Is there a fee to Dependable Dental Staffing, LLC and who is responsible for this fee? A. The dental office is responsible for all Dependable Dental Staffing, LLC fees. Q. Will the dental office supply everything I need? A. No, you must provide your own uniform and protective eyewear. If you are Latex sensitive then you should provide your own gloves since most offices carry primarily Latex. All other barriers are provided by the office (masks, gowns, etc.). Q. Even though I am working full time, can I work as a temporary employee in another office whenever my schedule allows? A. Absolutely! Q. How much notice will I get when a position becomes available? A. Sometimes dental offices will call and need last minute emergency placements. If that is the case then you may get very little notice. Let us know if you are available on short notice or if you need a longer notice and we will accommodate you.
