Refund Policy

At Dependable Dental Staffing, we stand behind our services and want you to be satisfied. We handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis. We do apply adjustments when accompanied by the original invoice. All sales are final after 30 days and cannot be refunded or credited.

All sales are final. All temporary assignments are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Check Policy:
We will accept checks only by the person(s) or organization(s) whose name(s) is/are imprinted on it. The check must be written for the amount of the purchase. Returned Checks unpaid by your financial institution will result in a $25 fee being placed on your account. Once a check has been returned, we will no longer accept checks from the individual or organization.

Refund:
Refunds will be issued as credit towards future services unless the client explicitly requests otherwise. In those situations, refunds are processed to the purchasing credit card used in the original purchase minus the processing fee.
